Association of Illustrators

The Association of Illustrators (AOI) was established in 1973 to advance and protect illustrators' rights and encourage professional standards.

The AOI is a non-profit making trade association, which serves to promote illustrators and illustration. The membership consists primarily of freelance illustrators as well as agents, clients, students and lecturers. It has successfully increased the standing of illustration as a profession and improved commercial and ethical conditions of employment.
